Health mode can be activated with a touch of a button on the control panel. This mode subtly adjusts the desk height by 4.7 inches over 3 minutes, with a 2-minute pause at each position. The near-imperceptible cycling keeps you moving to reduce physical strain, all without disrupting your gaming, work, or creative flow.

A brake immediately engages to stop height adjustment upon encountering resistance. Additionally, a built-in smart gyroscope detects level anomalies during elevation or descent and halts movement for doubled safety.
